DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
Items from our Arbor range of architectural ironmongery are made to order and we generally ship within approximately 6 weeks.
Some items in our Classic range are held in stock, but otherwise we usually despatch within 4 to 6 weeks.
If the delivery time is critical, please contact us and we shall try to accommodate your requirements.

Prices shown on this site are in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT.

We can give discounts off these prices to trade customers, and in addition if you are interested in purchasing a large quantity of any one item, we might be able to quote a special price.
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery costs given at checkout are for UK mainland destinations.
We can ship worldwide, so for other destinations, please contact us for a delivery cost.
Small orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class “signed for”, and the cost is £5 + VAT, whereas larger consignments are shipped by an overnight carrier, with a basic cost of £15 + VAT.
Unless otherwise agreed, we ship individual orders in one consignment.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be happy with the purchase you have made from us, but please let us know if this is not the case.
All our products are guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover the finish applied to the product, or “fair wear and tear”.
As Arbor range and special items are made to order they cannot be returned unless there was a manufacturing defect.
Apart from defective products, all other items can only be returned with prior agreement from us, so please contact us if you need to discuss this.
PAYMENT METHOD
You can pay for products you wish to purchase from this website using your credit card.
We use "third party software" so your card details are secure.
As soon as you place an order you will get an acknowledgement from us by email.
A VAT invoice will be sent when we despatch the goods.
