  • I am interested in specifying your Arbor range of architectural ironmongery but also want to use some items from your Classic range, can you match the finish?"
    Yes, the finish on the Classic fittings will match the finish we apply to the brass components of our Arbor range.
  • I want to specify your Arbor range for use in a client`s kitchen and I want the oak mortice knobs and cabinet fittings to match the oak floor – is this possible?
    Yes. If you send us a sample of the oak floor we will be able to finish our products to match.
  • I am interested in replacing the drawer pulls on a client`s fitted bedroom furniture with your Arbor wooden range. Can you make the drawer pulls so the bolts line up with the existing holes in the furniture?
    Yes, this is very easy for us to do as all the items on the order will be made to your specification.
  • I am interested in specifying your Arbor door fittings on the outside of some doors, are they suitable for exterior use?"
    They can be used on the outside, but will need regular maintenance in the way of varnishing – please let us know the items and we can advise.
  • I am looking for a piece of ironmongery which I cannot see on your web site or in your catalogue, can you help?"
    Yes we are certain we can! There are so many other products which we haven’t got room to show and this is where our expert knowledge comes in. Just give us a call or send us a sketch. If we cannot source it for you we can make a reproduction item.
  • I am an architect and my current project is the refurbishment of a listed building. It has some old ironmongery which I would like to get refurbished, can you help?"
    Yes, we can refinish old items and if necessary overhaul them to bring them up to standard. In addition we can make new items which will faithfully match the old fittings. The best way to proceed is to send us pictures so we can give you an idea of cost.
  • My current project involves the refurbishment of some old doors which have the original locks fitted. The keys for these cannot be found, can you make new keys for these locks?"
    Yes, the chances are we can. Please send the locks to us for examination.
  • I have placed an order on your web site, when will you send the VAT invoice?"
    We send the VAT invoice when we despatch the goods.
  • How quickly do you despatch your goods?
    Items from our Arbor range are made to order - we usually despatch them in approximately 6 weeks. Some products in our Classic range are held in stock, but otherwise we usually despatch in approximately 4 - 6 weeks. If you need items any quicker, please contact us and we shall try to accommodate your requirements.
  • Do your prices include VAT?
    All prices on this web site exclude VAT. You will be shown the VAT amount of your order at checkout.
  • Do you offer trade discounts?
    Yes. We give discounts to trade customers. Please contact us before you place an order to get your discount code.
  • I am a trade customer and want to purchase a large number of one item. Can you quote a special price?
    Please contact us with you requirement and we shall see if we can give a special price.
