A. Yes. If you send us a sample of the oak floor we will be able to finish our products to match.
Q. I am interested in replacing the drawer pulls on a client`s fitted bedroom furniture with your new Arbor wooden range. Can you make the drawer pulls so the bolts line up with the existing holes in the furniture?
A. Yes, this is very easy for us to do as all the items on the order will be made to your specification.
Q. I want to specify your new Arbor range of wooden mortice knobs and lever handles on some old doors which have had lots of different door fittings fitted to in the past. I am worried that the timber of the doors may be too soft to have any new fittings put on.
A. Our new mortice knobs and lever handles have the option of fitting with woodscrews or bolts through the doors – if you want to use bolt-through fixings just tell us the door thickness.
Q. I am interested in specifying your new Arbor door fittings on the outside of some doors, are they suitable for exterior use?
A. They can be used on the outside, but will need regular maintenance in the way of varnishing – please let us know the items and we can advise.
Q. I am an Architect and the current project is the refurbishment of a house. I don’t know what ironmongery is needed, can you help?

A. Yes we are certain we can! There are so many other products which we haven’t got room to show and this is where our expert knowledge comes in. Just give us a call or send us a sketch. If we cannot source it for you we can make a reproduction item.
Q. I am an architect and my current project is the refurbishment of a listed building. It has some old ironmongery which I would like to get refurbished, can you help?
A. Yes, we can refinish old items and if necessary overhaul them to bring them up to standard. In addition we can make new items which will faithfully match the old fittings. The best way to proceed is to send us pictures so we can give you an idea of cost.
Q. My current project involves the refurbishment of some old doors which have the original locks fitted. The keys for these cannot be found, can you make new keys for these locks?
A. Yes, the chances are we can. Please send the locks to us for examination.
